We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for Saturdays or holidays. Our popular time slots go fast—like a sugar rush at piñata time!
Our play space is designed for children ages 0–6, though older siblings are welcome during private events. We focus on tactile, creative, and safe play that supports early development.
Play passes and parties are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate reschedules with 48 hours’ notice. Need to cancel a membership? Just let us know 48 hours before your renewal date.
Of course! One adult is included with each play pass. Additional adults are welcome for a small fee—we just ask that everyone follows our house rules and brings socks.
Outside food is welcome during private parties. For open play, please enjoy snacks in our designated areas to keep play zones clean and allergy-safe.
We clean throughout the day and deep clean every evening. Our staff follows rigorous sanitization protocols to keep the space sparkling, safe, and ready for play.
